Delivery & Shipping Details

We provide a standard 1 to 3 working-days trackable, insured courier delivery services for regular orders and a roadside pallet service for large orders. Orders are usually dispatched next working day, Monday to Friday and are generally delivered within 3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery Times:
We are unable to guarantee delivery times or call before delivery. A signature is usually required on receipt, so please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. To arrange a weekend delivery, please contact our sales team. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, or if you have chosen to collect your order, a member of our sales team will contact you with further details

Expedited Delivery:
We can provide an expedited delivery service, but this is depending on stock status and location. Please call for rates.

PO Box Addresses:
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required for all deliveries.

Returns

If You're Unhappy With Your Purchase

New merchandise in original packaging may be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued within 2 working days upon receipt of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Comfy Mat will assume responsibility for return shipping costs only if the return request is a result of our error. Seller errors include, but are not limited to, shipping an item other than what was ordered or shipping to an address other than the one indicated on the order. You must report seller errors within 14 days of delivery.

Customers may request a return authorisation by contacting customer service or alternatively, sending an email to info@mohajergroup.co.uk, making sure to reference the original order number and the reason for return. All customers are encouraged to retain the original shipping package as it is the most suitable container for return shipments.
