Welcome to ComFy Mat, our story.
ComFy Mat began with a simple idea: create practical, high-quality products that make everyday life more comfortable.
The journey started in 2018 when two engineering graduates from the University of Birmingham, Ali and Sina, decided to combine their passion for problem-solving with their entrepreneurial spirit. Having known each other since 2008, they shared a common belief that great products should be versatile, durable, and thoughtfully designed.
What started as a small venture quickly grew into something much bigger. As the business expanded, their longtime friend and fellow engineer, Arian, joined the team, bringing fresh ideas and expertise. Together, the three founders set out to build a brand focused on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Outside of business, the founders were active in content creation, spending countless hours producing videos, podcasts, and educational content. Through their own experiences, they discovered the importance of creating comfortable, protective spaces — whether for home workouts, recording studios, content creation setups, children's play areas, or pet-friendly homes.
This insight inspired the development of ComFy Mat.
Today, ComFy Mat products are trusted by customers across multiple countries. Our mats are designed to serve a wide range of purposes, including home gyms, fitness spaces, playrooms, pet areas, workshops, and content creation environments where floor protection and sound absorption can make a meaningful difference.
As we continue to grow, our mission remains the same: to create products that combine functionality, durability, and comfort. We are constantly expanding our range with new colours, patterns, thicknesses, and designs to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
